Pat Duever is a seasoned spinner and knitter with over 30 years of experience. She has shared her talents with many people throughout Huron County.
Pat has raised sheep, sheared them, washed and carded the fiber, and then spun and knitted that fiber into beautiful wearable articles.
She continues to exhibit at local events, where she loves to share her stories of sheep and wheels.
Sharron (2 Rs) Rutz is the previous owner of Sticks n String Knit Shop in Port Austin. She developed her interest in fiber art after moving to the area, and now enjoys spending time with other fiber artists and like-minded people, sharing experiences and experimenting with spinning, felting and knitting. "I am drawn to bright colors and texture, and most especially to natural fibers."
Claire Bomers Logan continues to create her popular line of stoneware buttons, moving away from her recent work in fused glass in order to embrace the world of fiber arts.... this includes needle felting, spinning, crochet, stand-up wool, kumi-himo, stitching, rug hooking, experimenting... and play!
