After spending most of her life as a painter, watercolorist, and graphic artist, Laurie discovered the joy of three dimensional art! Her focus is on functional pottery that highlights the importance of clay as an artistic medium. Most recently, Laurie has been exploring the iconic representations found in Native American works as inspiration for the decorative 'graphics' on her pottery. Laurie and some of her students will be demonstrating the potter's wheel.
