Dave Thuemmel has quickly established a reputation as a premier woodturner. A life-long native of Port Austin, Dave returned to woodworking after retiring from farming. Each year finds Dave expanding his use of local woods and employing difficult techniques to create some truly stunning works of art! Dave's pieces can be seen at art shows throughout Michigan, as well as in local galleries and stores. Dave will be doing demonstrations throughout the weekend in his studio.
